Hi everyone – hope you are all keeping safe and well.
Just to update you on what we are currently running. We have closed the Zoom Club as people are not so isolated now and they are able to get out more. However, we are still, at the moment, running our Friday Fortnite Tournament at 3pm.
I have a meeting next week with Ashford Borough Council when we will discuss the safe re-opening of the park. We will offer to do some sessions which are monitored so that small numbers can use it - socially distancing. We shall see. In the meantime we have requested the repainting of all the ramps as some are developing rust patches.
We are currently open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 1.00 to 5.00. We do not meet in the centre but outside on the patio and grass – again socially distancing. From Monday we will be bringing out some games equipment, ramps and rails. Everyone should know we can only have small groups of up to 6 at one time and you will need to stick to our sanitising rules.
I am still offering 121s at the centre.
We are also contacting all members just finished Year 11 to check they know where they are going next. We still have a range of online training courses available.
