Heres 5 Projects all about mental health, click on their websites or search them in social media to find more about them or even try out some of the things they have on offer!




1.Mind

Mind has been around for over 70 years supporting mental health in England! You can check out their website for advice and support and they even have a section specifically for young people!


2. Headstart

Something a little more close to home, Headstart is a Big Lottery funded programme working to build young people's resilience and mental wellbeing in Kent. Check them out here





3. Kooth

Kooth offers free mental health support to 10 - 16 year olds. You can just jump onto the website and find a free, safe and anonymous place to chat and get online support and counselling. Find out what they're about here


4. The Ben Raemers Foundation

In May 2019, at the age of 28, professional skateboarder Ben Raemers sadly took his own life. Started by his friends, The Ben Raemers Foundation is offers support skateboarders and aims to end the stigma around mental health in skateboarding. They can be found here
